1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and harta33 ("harta33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at harta33.win.

1.2 By completing the registration process, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using any feature of harta33, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

1.3 These Terms apply to all products offered by harta33, including but not limited to: live casino games, RNG casino games, online slot machines, sportsbook and sports betting markets, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus products.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 To register and use harta33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from harta33 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of harta33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

2.2 harta33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where age cannot be verified to harta33's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any funds held in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.3 Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Funds deposited by underage users will not be returned and may be forfeited as permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) harta33 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. harta33 will rely on the information you provide; any loss arising from inaccurate registration information is your sole responsibility.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. harta33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 You must notify harta33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. Notification must be made via the live chat support channel available on the platform.

3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of a harta33 account to any third party is prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 harta33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not perform currency conversion on MYR transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change; current available methods are displayed in your account dashboard.

4.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. harta33 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation review.

4.5 harta33 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard payout requests. Processing timeframes are indicative and may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and operational conditions.

4.6 harta33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 harta33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the point of opt-in and take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

5.2 Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted;
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• harta33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player's opt-in;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to collusion, the use of betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account closure.

5.4 harta33 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings credited in error.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on harta33 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except in circumstances where harta33 determines that a technical error or obvious pricing mistake has occurred.

6.2 In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet placement, harta33 will attempt to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

6.3 Sportsbook markets are subject to specific betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. harta33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the event did not proceed as scheduled, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

6.4 harta33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at its discretion, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on harta33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in a manner that confers an unfair advantage;
• Participating in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime through the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool bets in a manner that circumvents platform rules;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward harta33 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Sharing account credentials with or playing on behalf of another individual.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the harta33 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and interface design — is the proprietary property of harta33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, harta33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9.2 harta33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

9.3 harta33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 harta33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time notifications, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

10.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from harta33 may do so by contacting live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Self-excluded players may not register new accounts during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.2 Upon account closure for cause, harta33 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which harta33 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and harta33, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the live chat or email support channels.

12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents harta33 from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 harta33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of harta33 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.
